Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2024
At Ziak, we are committed to engineering systems with privacy at their core. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information as you interact with our lab, tools, and research platforms.
1. Data Collection
We only collect the absolute minimum data required to facilitate communications (via our Contact form) or when you explicitly opt-in to experimental beta tests. We do not passively scrape, sell, or utilize third-party tracking pixels on this domain.
2. Local Inference processing
Many of our public tools employ local AI models running directly within your browser cache via WebGPU. In these instances, your data physically never leaves your machine. We do not transmit telemetry regarding your tensor processing payloads unless explicitly authorized.
3. Third-Party Integrations
We host our deep-tech infrastructure across distributed nodes. Any communication payload (such as API route logging) is cryptographically hashed and routinely purged. We never share underlying datasets with commercial LLM providers for foundation model training.
4. Your Rights
You maintain total sovereign ownership over any unstructured data submitted to our APIs. To request a full cryptographic deletion of your logs or communications, please use the contact form.
